We have a great opportunity available to us NOW but we need your help to take advantage of it.
As winter has progressed, the cold weather has affected our occupation and our ability to do important work. Now we have an opportunity to secure an indoor headquarters less than one block from the occupation site, but we must act immediately!
We are NOT giving up the occupation at the WWII Memorial Park across from the state house! The HQ would support the outdoor occupation in a number of ways, including as a warming hut, battery recharging station, and restroom. Visit our HQ Fund Drive page for all the details.
New Home On The Web - OccupyTrenton.net
As you could probably tell, not a lot has been happening on this site as of late. This has been due to our inability to access the server in order to upload files or configure this site in the ways we would like. The person who is in possession of the password we need has been missing in action since November. No one, including his family, knows how to get in contact with him.
So we have been forced to open up a new site on a new domain so we can start from scratch.
Thanks to the great people at May First, who have pledged server space for any Occupy in need, we finally have a new home at OccupyTrenton.net. Unfortunately, I cannot copy your login information over to the new site, so you will have to re-register over there. However, we've tried to make it as painless as possible, and have even taken steps to keep spammers out of the forums and groups.
So please, meet us at the new site. It is still under construction, and content is being added daily. It is our wish to eventually make the site into a one-stop-shop for all sorts of information regarding Occupy Trenton as well as the issues important to the Occupy Wall Street movement in general.
